This was my first remodel and I was a bit nervous because you hear so many horror stories regarding the estimated cost and time being extended or contractors being less than honest. Happy to say that this was not the case with Derek and his team. He provided an estimate for completion and cost and was right on the money. Even with a few changes that I added, he was still able to complete the remodel within the estimated time with great workmanship. Also, no mysterious costs that came out of nowhere. He was very easy to communicate with which I consider invaluable for a remodel project. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who may be interested in a remodel.
I have worked with Custom Home with a couple of my investment projects in the past few years. Overall, I found the company to be professional and true to their word. In all of the projects we were able to finish in reasonable time and the result was better than expected. Our projects all came in within budget which was one of my biggest concerns working with other contractors.
